future nurse problems

I am currently in my second year of the prenursing student at the uw madison. The advisers have not been very helpful and tell me it's my decision about what i do but i want information and others advice from experience. I am retaking physiology this summer and getting my cna license and am having trouble deciding if i should continue at the uw and try next year applying for the program which is extremely competitive or i could work as a cna and get my rn from matc and then do the 1 year bridge program and get my bachelors from uw. I am thinking the second option may work better but i need advice on if i should leave the uw and do the second option. Please help!!! Thanks everyone :)

I don't have advice but wanted to mention that I am in the ADN program at MATC right now and absolutely love it. My instructors are great!
