Future nurse needs help

hey y'all I'm about to graduate nursing school this upcoming December. Im gonna work as a nurse extern in the ICU at THR harris Downtown Fort Worth this summer, but I have also received an offer at Baylor Irving which is 30 mins from where I live to work as a PCA PRN float. I am thinking in the future and I am wondering which hospital would be better to stay in for whenever I graduate and begin working as an RN. I would hate to turn down Baylor if it ends up being a better deal in the long run, but I also don't wanna over work myself. The position at THR is full time this summer and they said that if I liked the unit they would offer me a PNR while I finish my last semester. The job at Baylor is 8hr/shifts.. Would really like some of you guys's input! thanks so much!!

Martha.

I say take both. I'm sure you can handle one extra 8 hr shift once a month during the summer, then you can start picking up more when the externship is over. Gives you an inside to both hospitals and more options later.
