full time student on H-4?

Hi there!, I am at present on H-4 visa doing pre-nursing (part-time) at a community college. Can I do my Associate degree in nursing at a University being on H-4 (so that I can get in-state fess instead of international fees)as a full time student. Is it legally allowed. If so, can somebody send me the web address. Pl let me know the name of Universities of colleges u know.

Thanks in advance

There is absolutely no reason that you can not attend school full-time on the H-4 visa. It only prohibits you from working.

The Associate Degree is normally done at a Community College, not the University, which usually grants a four year BSN.
