Does anyone know what the cutoff was for this Spring semester at FSCJ?

Its was 190.8; my score was 188.52, however, thever director called me the friday before first day and offereday me a seat. I had to decline thougb due to short notice.

190.8? I was under the impression the cutoffs were usually closer to 198-199. I guess it all depends on the students applying for that term, but this makes me feel a little better. I just took my NAT a few weeks ago so anticipating I get A's in my last two classes this semester I should have 201 points.

When are you applying to the program? I plan on applying in the fall. I take the Nat today. I'm currently taking 2 classes then I have to finsih micro in the summer. Who did you take for micro and would you recommend them to me? I need to get a A or B in micro. I have all A's and B's except for one C. So I need to make sure I get excellent grades on these last three classes...

I'm applying for Fall as well. I'm taking Micro and Sociology this semester and then I'm taking the summer off to have one last "free" semester before I start Nursing school. I can PM you who I am taking for Micro, but I dont recommend him. He wasn't originally supposed to be the professor. It was originally a T/Th 6-9 class but the day before the semester started something happened with the professor and he couldn't teach and the only other professor they found agreed to teach the class only if it is done as a hybrid. So now we only meet on Thurs nights for lab. There's no lecture which is a huge disadvantage for me. I need to be taught so I can ask questions etc. The professor I have now obviously knows the material, but we aren't given much guidance for the labs. He gives a basic rundown before the lab starts but we arent given a handout and our "lab" book doesn't really coincide with the labs we do. I have heard of some professors that are good however..I just wasnt able to take them because they only teach days and I work full time.

Good luck with the NAT! I didn't think it was that bad.

THANKS!!! Well maybe we will be in the same class together. Yea I work full time as well so I can't take days either. I cannot get PM yet in here. How did you do on the NAT test? Why are you not going to apply for the summer? I guess I will wait and see who is available when they put it up and go from there with my research on ratemyprofessor which sometimes can be wrong.. ugh.. Sorry that your Micro class isn't going that well. I have had teachers like that and it didn't turn out so good for me. I got a C in AP1 because of my teacher lacking good teaching skills. I might have did better if it was hybrid in that case.
