Stars I'm glad she is willing to take you in, I hope you get the details sorted out soon

Tweety hope you next shift isn't too bad

Ado glad that a crown wasn't needed

Hi Dianah

Work was rather busy yesterday, in addition to the side project and the meeting I got a new case. Thankfully the meeting was short and the new case proved to be a simple task, but still was a busy day. Got up early for some reason, and decided to get out before work to stop at the ATM and gas station. After work ran by the store. Wanted to get everything done before I drive downstate tomorrow. Was a quiet night, just exercised

Today may be quieter at work, however I have a coworker off, so hard to say how the day will be. At least the schedule looks pretty light today. Nothing planned for after work

Will be warmer today, in the mid 80s

Will be sorting stuff again. Haven't started yet, but I'm going to. Want to get banking issues taken care of but I still have to find out about where I will be going. Can't transfer accts if you don't know where the bank will be. Across the bridge from where I will be living, I assume there is a town or city name? The neighborhood I'm going to is called Eagle Harbor, so I need to look that up. Not sure when my friend will be texting me photos of the room(s) and her husband is supposed to take the measurements to send me. Mostly I am interested in how MY furniture will fit in and where. And she wants to keep those large beds in the rooms and not store them as I mentioned to her in my text yesterday. Also need to know re storage facilities. Meanwhile I will go through the house and my room and select things I can pack ahead of time, like the Cathedral Windowpane quilt Nannie made for hubby, because I don't use it right now, but I don't want to leave it behind. And there is a rug my grandfather made, I think it is called a "RYA rug"?. My mom had it mounted on a wall in her house.

I better quit chatting and get busy. I am not a linear person with these kind of projects, I wander from one thing to another. It all come out just as it should, but it used to drive hubby nutz!

We just returned to the ship after spending most of the day in Skagway. We took a ride on the narrow gauge railroad up into the mountains, following one of the trails that Stampeders used to get to the gold fields. On return, we did a little souvenir shopping and had lunch. I tried the local beer that is made with spruce tips. The ship will set sail for Glacier Bay tonight.

Joe, hope you had a good day.

Stars, I'm sure all the details will be ironed out.

J22, that sounds lovely.

I didn't have a six patient assignment but had a four-patient assignment with no tech. Started with a rapid a-fib, two people going to surgery and one needing a blood transfusion. We did get a tech at 2:30 but by then I was behind. To add insult to injury both of my post ops returned at the same time. I'm tired.

Tomorrow we have techs scheduled and again am likely to get 6 patients.

I did it to myself as tomorrow is my normal day off.
