Forsyth Tech Spring 2021 Roll Call

Hey y’all! I was wanting to gather everyone that accepted a seat for the ADN program at Forsyth! Congrats first of all! I am so anxious to find out about when orientation is! I’m a huge planner so I want my supply list and want to get it ordered and started! How is everyone feeling? Does anyone know anyone from previous semesters that has given them any hints or tips? Please share if so!

    Has anyone done the Novant forms yet? On the sixth page it asks for last four of our SS# or school ID, but the SS option is marked out. Anyone know our school ID? I may have missed it somewhere ?.....or are they talking about our student ID number?

    So, if I am understanding this correctly, they are needing documentation from the doctor that I received a flu shot and not just date given. Is that correct?

    Yes, you need to have it written that it was administered (mine says right or left arm) and then the providers signature
