Hey guys hope you're okay, this is my first post ever , i've found these forums on google ,
well i'm a young doctor here in my country (ALGERIA) and i'm planning to move to kansas city , there is a huge gap between us studies quality and ours so there is no chance i could get approved as a doctor so i want to work as a nurse , if you can help me , i have few questions confusing me a bit
1-how much does it cost to get a nurse degree ? and how many times does it take ?
2- will i face any problems as a foreigner ? i mean my english it not that good , i do speak french and arabic very well , still working on my english , and i'm afraid people ( patients or their families) will judge me or say racist things if they know i'm not a native american ,
3-is there any nurse specialities where i can avoid patients contacts , don't get me wrong , i love treating people , here in algeria we work in an extremely tough conditions , but i still believe i'll face problems because of my origin and my language problem ,
4- are people welcoming ? i know americans are cool and all but what about the nurses you work with and the physicians ?
i'm living this country because of the awful conditions we live in , the government don't give a .... about us

If planning on training in the US the expect high tuition fees as a International student. How are you planning on moving to the US?
i'm gonna marry my girlfriend , she is a US citizen ,
Suggest looking for nursing schools and universities that offer training and see what their pre-requisites are and duration of course. They will also be able to inform you on cost
