I am a foreign trained nurse and just received my RN license. I am finding it difficult to get a sponsor for work permit, can somebody point me to the right direction?

if the US then you may find it hard due to retrogression and that it will take you several years.

There are foreign nurses who waited years and still have not received a green card. I doubt these hospitals are going to hole more positions until these nurses come over.

With the hiring freeze in most hospitals it doesn't even look like they will hire domestic.
