For those in/were in the Prelicensure Program

Hi I'm new to posting on the board, but not new to the site. I am confused on some things that I hope some of you can clarify.

After the first term (pre-term), what is the schedule like the second term (first real term of the program). I know we need to do clinicals during a two week span in the 3rd month of the semester, but when and how many weekends do we need to do labs? I will be traveling about 2.5 hours away and I want to know if this is feasible. I read somewhere that during the first month you do labs 3 weekends in a rows. Is this true?

I think my question can be answered by anyone in any location since I'm assuming it all works similarly throughout each individual states. Thank you everyone, in advance.

Usually it is 3 lab weekends for clinical classes. They usually aren't 3 in a row though (but they could). Usually it is 2 and then the test (either 2 in a row 1 week off and then the test weekend or 1 week on 1 week off and then the test weekend). They make changes to the program all the time though so I would always double check with things. I commuted as far as you so it can be done. I'd recommend you have a plan though of somewhere to stay if you are commuting that far.
