Following up after Interview

I interviewed for a position on Dec 19th, and I still haven't heard back yet. Since my interview, I have been in contact with the nurse manager, and they basically answered one of the questions that I had post interview. From my interview, I got the impression that I would have to wait to hear back from the recruiter so I haven't asked the NM have they made a decision yet. I'm trying to be patient as I know many people were off during the week of Christmas and New Years. I emailed the recruiter to touch bases about 4 days ago, and I still haven't received a response. How much longer should I wait before I send another email?

    It took 2-3 weeks process based on my experience, just wait for the call of HR.If u don't receive any response for 1 month i think u need to apply for another one. Be patience 😊

    2-3 weeks yikes..Thanks for the response..It does feel good to know i'm not the only one waiting for what feels like forever lol..
