The physician I work for told me to give a 9 month old, 6 month vaccines as they were behind schedule due to being premature at birth (born at 33 weeks) I did as asked and gave pediacel and rotateq. The head nurse told be today I should not have given rotateq past 8 months. I was just following orders. I did question it, I asked "so give 6 month to the 9 month old?" Physician confirmed. Should I worry?

I know little if nothing of Peds, neonatal, OB etc nursing, but I have a kid who was born at 30 (ish) weeks. Most of her vaccinations were timed based on her gestational age, not her birth age. This would make your 9 month old only 7 months old if they are going by the same rule.
Thank you.. hopefully no harm done

Giving vaccines a little late (in and of itself) does no harm.
