Flu shot location

Has anyone ever received or given a flu shot too low on the arm?

I got mine done at work today. And I noticed afterwards it was located about 5 fingers below my acromion process vs the recommended 2-3. It didn't hurt any worse, and as of now is only slightly sore as I would expect. No redness, swelling, bruising, etc, but it's only been about 5 hours. It did bleed quite a bit afterwards, but was controlled with a bandaid.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience/known issues related to this or things I should watch out for. I'm a bit of a nervous nelly and tend to worry, and I'm not big on shots as it is! I wasn't able to find any information on google, only things related to the shot being given too high on the arm.
