Florida new grad

I am currently a BSN new grad from Massachusetts. I am moving down to South Florida (Broward County) and am wondering what the starting salary is down in Florida for an RN with a Bachelors degree.

I also was wondering if anyone knew what the general policy is down in Florida about nurses having tattoos. It is not really enforced to having them covered up in Massachusetts so am wondering how strict the hospitals are down there.

Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated!!

    Where in Florida? I work in south FL. Broward County area. I think the starting pay is around $24 an hour with shift dif. And I am speaking for ER rate Night shifters make the most and most new grads start at night.

    Oh and tats at my facility r fine. Some people cover theirs by wearing a jacket or sleeves. And some nurses don't.
