Flashcard app

Hey everyone!

I am going to be starting my lvn program in a few weeks! I'm hearing a lot of things about using flashcards and just wanted to give out a tip. For my physics class last semester I was in dire need of flashcards, however I really don't like how sometimes you have to carry around a huge thick stack of cards with you (as I did in Spanish). I had recently gotten my first smartphone (an Android) and downloaded a flashcard app (iflashcards). I fell in love! it had so many nice features, like you could type the cards on a computer and then send it to your phone, you can share notecards with other people, and it had wonderful review options.

Has anyone else used something similar to this? How did you like it? if someone out there has a love-hate relationship with notecards and didn't know about the app I hope this helps!

A flash card app, count me in for that one! I've been watching videos on youtube about making flash cards to study with, especially in pharmacology. I hate the thought of making flash cards so I like this even though I haven't tried it yet lol. Thanks for the post. :w00t:

There is also a site called quizlet.com you can make flash cards and study from at home I love it and then you down the app on your smart phone me IPhone called quizard and study all day.

I used the flash card App on my Ipad and Ipod they are awsommmmmee for AP I and AP II and any other course that you may need to use flash cards

I have something similar called Study Doodle that works pretty well. It's cool because you can add pictures or draw on the cards on the computer (worked really well when I made anatomy cards) and then I synced them to my phone and my kindle fire. The app costs $3.99 on Amazon, a little pricey for an app but I think I'll be saving money in the long run by not purchasing the paper version.:)
