Hello. I graduated in 2014 but could find job as a nurse a year ago ( its very difficult to find a job as a young grad in my country). At first I was thrilled and eager to take on new challenges. I admit that I was a little rusty with my skills at first (mainly iv starting), but Its been a year and I still feel like im sinking. I work in an OR and even when i know is fast paced my problem isnt the job itself rather than the cattiness of nurses and doctors alike. Ive made steady progress but every little mistake is blown out of proportion. In a couple of weeks will be my first year, but ive begun to wonder when will it stop ( anxiety before my shift), when does the young graduate phase go away? And the scariest one... Did I chose the wrong career? Thanks for any advice given.

I doubt it is the career. Can you possibly find a job elsewhere since you now have experience?
