First week is finished!!!

Today was day 5 of nursing school. I have been freaking out for 4 days, but today, I breathed a sigh of relief and realized that I have 2 days to get all this work done. I passed my first skills check (sterile gloving), found the Littman stethoscope that I left in the classroom last night (thank goodness), and started a study group with 3 ladies that I think will be really beneficial to me. Hopefully, I will be the same for them. I signed up to take my vitals check off next Friday and realized that this is just my life from here until 2 years from now. It's just going to keep rolling, and I need to stay on top of it. It was my first of many ah ha moments.

To those of you starting Monday, relax! It will seem crazy, but it'll all make sense soon. :)

Awesome!

So exciting! We don't start until September, but I'm really enjoying reading about how everyone's first days are going!

Congrats on surviving week 1! :yeah:
