first job! help

Hey everyone,

I am a new graduate nurse and I just got offered a position at White Plains Hospital. I also had an interview at St. Francis Heart Center today and it went well! I was wondering since I am a new grad nurse should I just take the position at White Plains since they offered it or wait it out to see if I get an offer at St. Francis Heart Center. Also, does anyone know how much St. Francis pays new grad nurses? Thank you!!!!!

    It just gives us who are not new grds...hsve experience in other areas..just hospital. ..feel like losing more hope. Hospitals really don't want us. We aren't new grads so they don't ud..we rcyiih, mm
