Couple of questions:
Have you been keeping up with the reading all along?
How are your grades so far?
If you're doing OK, then finals should just be a review of the material already covered. Our instructors give test blueprints that outline the specific areas to be covered on the tests. Not the actual questions, but an overview of what's critical. The tests are tough NCLEX style, but manageable.
If you've been slacking and need to ace your finals in order to move onto the next class, then I don't have a whole lot of sympathy. Read the intro and summary of each chapter covered and do practice NCLEX questions.

I studied from NCLEX review books all during school. I would like to wish you good luck on your upcoming finals.
