Finally have a Job Interview

I am a recent ADN graduate and I've been having difficulty finding that first RN job despite, or probably in spite of 13 years of LPN experience. Well thursday I got a phone call for an interview at an ICU at a good hospital 2 hours away from where I live in KY. Its at a hospital affilitated with the University of Kentucky so I'm really excited about it. I really want to work NICU, but so far haven't gotten an interview. But since I'm currently unemployed, I need to take any offer I'm given. I really want to put my best foot forward. Is there any questions I need to ask the manager? Questions I should expect? No no's? Insights? :spin:
