The Department of Health and human Services has announced the final ruling of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

If you can't (or don't want to) read through the whole 800+ pages of the actual Final Rule published on the HHS gov site, this perspective piece in the New England Journal of Medicine gives a briefer synopsis format and explanation of the final MU rule's content ..........and changes.

The "Summary Overview of Meaningful Use Objectives" table in the perspective piece is very nice!
