Filling out name on NCLEX application

This may be a silly question but I don't want to make any mistakes! :imbar The NCLEX registration form says to enter your name exactly as it appears on the picture ID you will present at the test center. Does that mean that I shouldn't fill out the middle name section because my middle name is not on my picture ID? Thanks!

I would like to put this disclaimer out there....

I am a new grad, I may be totally clueless, just going by what my instructors told us....

The name on the application for NCLEX should match the name on your identification (driver's license).

If in doubt, double check with your instructors or call NCLEX.

In case anyone else was wondering about this question, I called my BON who instructed me to call Pearson Vue. Pearson Vue told me that middle name is not a concern... its just your first and last name that have to match!
