FCCJ Spring 2008

I guess all of you are going thru the same feelings I am right now. I have turned in my application at FCCJ for the 2008 spring term and it is killing me. The more I read on here the more frightened I get. This is my first time applying and I am so nervous!!! Any words of advice to get me thru this???

When is your class?!

npwannabe, aren't there only 24 spots available for nights?

Heather~ yes, 24 spots for nights.

JSD~ I heard that there was going to be a nights/weekends offered in the spring....I'm not sure whose information is more current (probably yours), but the director confirmed it for me back in May.

Yes, I know they are offering it the spring but if I don't get in for the spring term I will have to wait until fall to reapply. But thanks for looking out for me!

My class is monday and wed from 2-4:50

Oops! Sorry. I don't know what I was thinking....I know I typed "spring," but I meant summer.

They offer nights in the summer now? Seriously???

nights/weekends is offered two semesters per year, but it's never "set in stone" about which two it will be....it varies from year to year.

You may want to give them a call (assuming anyone even answers the phone or returns your call!) and ask about summer. another option is to contact cheryl james (nursing advisor) by email....i've had faster responses from her when i email. here is her address: [email protected]

Or, if you haven't yet handed in your application for Spring, maybe you can hand-deliver it and ask then.

Good luck.

It is so silly the way they do things. I sent Cheryl and email. Like you said calling the office is kinda a waste. If I ever hear back from her I will let you know what the outcome is. Thanks so much!!!

I sent Cheryl James an email and she did confirm that there evening programs were going to be Spring and Summer 2008. I am glad you said something otherwise I would have assumed it was going to be Spring and Fall 2008. Thanks so much for you comments!!!
