I'm currently taking both parts of the FCCA and I'm over anxious due to all of the horror stories on here ugghhhh. I contacted my nursing advior through excelsior and she states that the majority of students DO pass the exams...what gives??

As with any situation, people tend to be more vocal about negative experiences vs. positive ones. With this exam (and the CPNE as well), I suggest you focus on your own experience and look away from the horror stories. It's not easy to do, but necessary, lest you get mired down by others' negativity. Best of luck!

I'm also doing both sections, unfortunately we can't talk about it. Funny thing is this is the only one that I have ever really felt a need or wanted to talk about ha ha, go figure. I do feel your pain though..

Yeah, as LunahRN said, you hear about the complaints more than the successes.
I passed both mine the first time taking both at the same time.
