Failed 4X need advise!

I have done Kaplan Review, Hurst, UWorld,NCBSN, my friend shared the Mark Klimek review, I have done the PDA book.

The first 2 times I failed with 75 I had near and above passing

the 3rd time I have failed in 250 because of the time I had same near, above and 1 categories below passing (I strengthen in the below passing)

I have taken the board yesterday and I did the pvt trick I have failed in 75 questions..

I am in lock of strategy more than contents.. Priority or management questions I felt I would struggle at them sometimes.. I need advise how to start studying again?

I have found the medication, OB, Labs aren't as hard as the priority or management questions?

Should I do Saunders then do NCBSN qbanks questions?

I need advise where to start again!
