failed Nclex on my second attempt

I failed my NCLEX Exam the second time yesterday. I run out of time on 245 questions. I'm a slow test taker. I failed the first time on 75. I feel like it's my fault. Maybe I shouldn't take a break to finish everything. Maybe I would have a better chance to make it. Please help... I feel horrible !! I spent hours in the library studying. I took my UWorld assessment test before I went and I had a 95%chance of passing. Maybe I shouldn't take breaks. I'm so depressed, all my friends pass except me. I don't know what else to do. Anything u say will help.

I'm thinking of doing Kaplan this time. I also have to take it under another state next time because I already take it twice under Florida. What are the steps to do so?
