Failed NCLEX on 2nd Attempt

Published

Hello there. I've taken NCLEX twice. First time I did ATI and the computer shut off at 182.The second attempt I did the online kaplan course. I was confident and the computer shut off at 112. I felt that I did well and walked out feeling like I passed. Found out I failed. I'm actually calm and fed up. I just want to take it again and pass on the next attempt. Just don't know were to start.

sorry to hear that... i to have just failed second attempt last week and said to myself im gonna pass next time..... i been looking all over to find different books, review courses, etc... i came across ncsbn offers a review class 3 weeks for 50.00 thats what im gonna try... they have different review courses 3, 10,15 weeks depend how fast you wanna take nclex again....

good luck you can do it... and remember god will guide you....

Start at the beginning. Study as if you had never tested before and study everything. Good luck.

Did you do the PVT after your test?? I tested for the 1st time yesterday and I too felt very confident after my test. I came home and tried the PVT trick and I got the GOOD POP UP. I just hope that it is accurate because I can't find out until tomorrow at around 4:00 Eastern time. I think that the pop up is the only thing that is keeping me sane right now.

Don't give up. You made it through the hard part, which is nursing school, and you have came too far to give up.

I heard about that site. Im not upset any more just more of a wake up call. in a way i feel like a failure and the other half of me is even more motivated

thanks so much. amy books or programs u recommend?
