I used alot of those free flashcards you can get online if you google for them. I did have hurst and a book called exam cram that was pretty good. exam cram also has an nclex questions book that i used alot,,well, i used the little software cd for that. To tell you the truth, i studied two weeks for it, but i couldnt relate much of anything I studied to the test as nursing is so broad, its hard to study the right stuff.....it has more to do with how you feel about saftey based on your life experience and what kind of student you were. do know a few lab values and how to mix insulin and very basic stuff like that.

Many moons ago I used the Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-PN review book to study. I had passed after answering the minimum of 85 questions.

i used saunders and my college books for the content. For q&a i used lacharity, alternate format questions by lippincott (it has tons of SATA!), and some free online questions like nclex pn 3000. All of my books are for nclex-rn, i took the nclex PN few days ago and got the good pop up. Goodluck to you!
