FAILED FIRST TIME

failed for the first time. i did kaplan i finished it. and now what do i need to do. Im feeling down right now :( any advise? :((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

I took nclex last friday with the 75 questions after 1hr i tried pvt and when to cc page. This was my 5th attempts of taking nclex.im very sad and disappointed.

I also failed my first time after Kaplan. I got my $ back from them, and began studying with friends. Right now I'm using Saunders and Lippincott alternate format. I am rescheduled for the 10 of September and will be completing over 1500 questions by that time. Good luck to you

Hey just remember your not the only one who has failed.. I too failed in July.. and was in depress mode. But don't give up now.

I just rescheduled mine in Sept..

The first time I used Saunders, Test success, and exam cram. Felt like I was overloading myself. CPR letter I had "Near passing standards" in ALL freakin categories. I was so angry at myself. I cried for days and what sucked was I got a job offer and accepted it then I found out I failed and when I had called my boss to tell her she and the all the nurses heard the news because I was on speaker! Everyone had so much faith in me and knew I could pass.. they wanted to Congratulate me all at one time. Ughh trust me it's not the end of the world things could be worse... Everyone has a rough patch in their lives. this is just one of them.

All i can suggest is to wait for the CPR letter from Pearson, pay the test fee to Pearson, send in new app and fee to BON, then wait for ATT letter, and get right back to studying.

I graduated in 2006, took my test on monday August 19, I passed, I used Hurst for content, Kaplan , exam cram 1500 questions and Saunders CD 1100 questions out of 3700, that's all I did, I would recommend Hurst to everybody it helped me a lot, I did Hurst and than other material . My scores on Kaplan 75%, on exam cream 89-94, Saunders 64-80% I answered 87 questions on nclex , Good lack,you can do it :)
