Failed my CAP couse in nz

I found this website accidently , these several days seriously quite upset, have cried a lot , locked myself in the bed room, I failed my CAP course , I was told by the council that the duration of my CAP is 12 weeks, I paid 10000 to school as i am an international student, I had three weeks theory on campus and 8 weeks in clinical, but in this 8weeks, I had DHB orientation for 2 days. ,two public holidays, one day was doing assignment in stead of doing hospital training, and first week I was in another ward. So exact time in this ward only 6 weeks, I told school whether can I have another three weeks to go, however head nursing said I already finished 276 hours in training and the maximum time is 300 hours, I seriously don't know what should I do, feel lonely hopeless, end of the world, spent a lot of money gathering all documentation backwards forewords from my country to council, now suddenly I hit the brick wall, does anyone know any solutions, pls give me some feasible advices. How can I having a chance for another three weeks which looks like impossible rejected by school through the phone conversation,
