Faculty Interview Questions

I am not certain what type of faculty position would be in a community. My thinking is that it would be teaching clinical related to community health – I am unsure. For phone interviews, I would prepare for information related to the organization, their mission, beliefs, and who they are as many times an initial interview addresses if you understand the organization. I would also prepare for knowledge about the content for the position you are interviewing. Also address if you meet their mission statement or their beliefs.

Questions that I would ask would include information related to what the position includes, what the teaching content includes and prepare to answer questions related to why you would be the best person for the position. A lot of times, the initial interview just wants to address if you meet the requirements for the position.

I am going to be having a phone interview on a faculty position in a Community. I was wondering if anyone can give me some tips of possible questions to expect. What not to say? Questions I may ask the interviewers and all that sort.
