facilities using pbds list

Out of curiosity, I was cruising the pantravelers site and reading about the pbds test used at some facilities. My first assignment does not use this test (I made sure to ask). But it looks like a lot of hospitals do. The article I read on pantravelers mentioned a list of these facilities on their site but there was no link and I couldn't find it. Also tried looking for a link to the list here. Still no luck. Anyone have the link or know where to get this list?

There was one, but it depended on traveler reports to be current and I don't think it was updated for several years. So they just took it offline. Not that useful anyway in my opinion as every agency is well aware of which hospitals use it for pass/fail and will tell you if you ask.
