How do u guys perform eye lid closure effectively in neonates to prevent exposure kerotopathy .any special aids?

The only neonates I've seen that didn't keep their eyes closed while at rest were those with severe neurological damage. Then we use artificial tears on them.

We also use lacrolube on their eyes, mainly when they're paralyzed from pavulon. But also in the neuro cases as well
