ExpireNursing Practice

Hello guys,

i am an internationally educated nurse.

Have passed CPNRE exam. (Oct 2017)

Have eligibility to write NCLEX-RN.

Didn't receive my RPN licence, as

My Nursing Parctice has expired. (Oct 2013)

Trying to get admission in some college, Ontario. They asked for English exam. I got 6.5 bands in IELTS.

Now, college not giving me admission because they say, English result doesn't match with what CNO wants.

Please help me with :

which course to be done for expired nursing practice? Which college would offer?

I want to get my License in hand to start working. Don't want to end my career like this after passing exam.

Thanks
