your experiences with eICU please

I work in a 12 bed intensive care unit. We are implementng an eICU program this month. Have any of you ever worked with this technology? Do you like it or not? If not, what are the problems with it.

Also, just to play devils advocate. Do any of you envision a day where techs will be used at the bedside while a few experienced RN's remotely view and advise them?
