Anyone else at a facility that uses Pro-Filer for EHR ? Or have experience with the program? I feel like its super outdated and not very user friendly the amount of drop down boxes you most select just to get to the nursing notes is daunting...
I am just curious if this is truly an outdated system that isn't user friednly or if the problem is more on my end and/or because The training for Pro-Filer seemed like an after thought at my facility. Since our MARS are paper and we have paper charts there are only a few things that we use pro-filer for on the nursing team .. 6mo assessments, vital sign tracking, suicide risk assessments,72 hour nursing notes, ect. Therefore without getting the repetition of some tasks with pro -filer I still have to lookup how to access different parts of the program which gets frustrating.
