Excelsior Classes questions

can all the classes that are needed to go from lpn to rn available through excelsior, if so which option would i have to choose? multi=source? i heard that there are waiting list for some of the classes, is that true?

i sent them my they transcripts and they won't let me transfer anything because i went to a technical college.

i'm already an lpn and would like to enroll but i'm lost about this. so many people say they took these classes at other colleges and transferred them to excelsior.

call the school and talk to a nursing counselor or faculty. they will be able to explain things to you. It is true, most tech colleges are not accredited so their courses can not be transferred. You could always take the prereqs at a local comm college and then transfer them into excelsior if that is better instruction wise and money wise for you, then do just the nursing courses at EC. give them a call! they will be happy to explain.

good luck

Because your LPN clasess do not carry college credits with them...They are not transferable. Only College credits or College equivalence courses such as CLEP, DANTES and a few others transfer.

Good Luck!

I was able to transfer all of my Pre-reqs but not nursing courses.
