does every atom compose of every subatomic particle?

Or do some atoms compose of just electrons and neurons for example?

I think you'd be better off asking chemists or physicists that question instead of nurses XD But from what I did understand in chemistry, I suppose atoms like that can exist, but they would be highly unstable and likely to undergo radioactive decay (i.e. be radioactive) to become a more stable isotope/element. For example, if an atom had no protons, it would emit beta particles from its neutrons so they could change into protons, which would allow for the formation a more stable isotope.
