Evaluating & Comparing Hospital Performance

The days of going to your local community hospital is pretty much gone.

Consumers today often select their health care facility by publically available satisfaction and quality indicators.

There is a great amount of information out there, including Press-Ganey, HCAPS, CMS, a state's Hospital Report Card, etc.

However these tools seem to exist only for medical facilities. Does anyone have a line on obtaining similar data from free standing mental health.Behavioral Health facilities?

    Great question. I don't have any answers other than looking up the corporations that run the facility. Looking forward to the other replies though!
