May 24, 201412 yr Starting point would be looking at Florida's board of nursing website and seeing what is required as a foreign educated nurse. You need to make sure that your transcripts show both clinical and theory in Paeds, Mental Health, Obstetrics and Adult. Only once you have meet requirements will you get permission to sit NCLEX and that is really one of the last things you need to do to meet requirements and be issued a RN license. Meeting midwifery requirements for the US may mean something else but only once you have RN
