ENPC

Hi all! I am not sure where the best place to post this so I will start here. I am a recent new grad who has been working on a Med-Surg floor for almost 1 year. Recently my director mentioned having me take an ENPC course next month. I am totally excited but this only the second time I have heard of this course can anyone offer me some insight on what this class is like? It's a two day class. Thanks so much!

For all the classes and certifications that I have taken over a 34 year career I feel these were the most applicable to practical practice and bedside care.
I also found them to be very practical and informative... lots of bullet lists, tables, etc.

Well worth taking and regularly reviewing.

It sounds to me like you have well developed technical and critical thinking skills and your management wants to expand your value to them (it is also valuable to you).

Work with your support to schedule you first certification as the easiest achievable...perhaps PALS or ACLS. Build you goals after that.

Keep learning and loving your work, there is ALWAYS something new!
