I have an interview in the endoscopy department and am, quite frankly, very nervous. I have been a nurse for 4 years but all of my experience has been in a skilled nursing facility. I don't feel like I've had experience that will give me any type of "upper edge". I've passed a lot of meds and done a lot of treatments, not a lot of IV stuff and certainly no sedation. I'm really not sure what skill set is most helpful to bring out in the interview. Any suggestions?
