Endorsement Question

I am currently trying to obtain PA state RN licensure by endorsement. I graduated from Drexel, but live in NJ so I decided to get my NJ license first. On one of the last pages of the application (under signature card on the checklist), the instructions say to click on a corresponding box to open a link for further instructions. When I click on the "Licensed out of state" link, I am directed to the Pennsylvania commonwealth enterprise portal. However, there are no instructions on that page, it says "Error - This document does not exist or the current user does not have access to it".

I would like to know if I am missing a step in the endorsement process by receiving this error page. Are there additional instructions before I pay the application fee?

Any info on this would be great, since I am trying to apply for jobs in PA soon.

I just recently did this but I was licensed in CT. I first submitted on nursys the information they needed. Submitted online application for endorsement out of state. Sent my transcript. And then took a PA child abuse course. I believe that was it.

I'm running into the same problem xs. I plan on calling/emailing someone tomorrow. I wouldn't take the advice of the previous poster to submit nursys first. Verification is only good for 3 months, so you should always do it after you know your application was accepted.
