Emory ABSN Fall 2020

I just got accepted this morning! If you log into your OPUS account under application status you can see if you're admitted! I haven't gotten any other information though about deposit deadlines or an acceptance email or anything yet

Also- it says that you can see more about the status on the application manager, but my status on there still says "submitted" rather than "admitted" which is what my opus says. It might not update until later? Or my OPUS is wrong, whoops!

Congrats Sara!! My OPUS says admitted too! I did not realize we had to log in to OPUS to see the decision.

Congrats!! I didn't either haha I had to look at the old Emory 2019 thread to figure it out. They haven't been super communicative so far

Hi everyone! I just found out that I've been accepted too! I found out by logging into OPUS as well. I'm so excited to start my nursing journey. Emory is one of my top choices!

I think it might update later. Mine looks like that too! I also still haven't received an email.

Congrats! It's my top ABSN choice, but I am waiting to hear from direct-entry MSN programs too.

Hello! I got an email on Nov. 15 about 5:20pm telling me to check my application status. The deadline to submit a deposit is March 1st, 2020. I will be attending for Fall 2020! Pretty excited! Oh, I'm from New York.

I also applied to Drexel, Moravian, Mercer, and Duke for ABSN and Vanderbilt for a direct-entry MSN. Emory was my top choice for ABSN so unless I get into Vandy, I'll be going to Emory!

I'm also undecided about the program- I love Emory and I love Atlanta- it was actually my dream school for undergrad. However, the other programs I'm applying to are all MSN programs: Johns Hopkins, Boston College, Northeastern and Augusta University. I feel like if I got accepted to an MSN I would choose that over the BSN. I would have applied to Emory's MSN, but the start date is before I graduate from my current school ?
