Hello everyone!!!!I am a pre nursing student in need of guidance!!I have decided to submit my application for the Spring 2015 at El Centro. I originally began by working towards a BSN, but I must say it's becoming such a long path. After viewing their pre reqs and thinking about it I've decided to give it a shot. I have my pre reqs and scheduled for the Hesi and although the deadline is a month away, I don't know if its even worth the shot. I also know the point system is up to 40. Once I am done with the Hesi I should have about 28 or 29 points!!Please previous applicants let me if know if this shot is even worth it!!! #nervousprenursingstudent:nailbiting:

I say go for it. The worst that happens is you apply and don't get in, but if you don't apply, you DEFINITELY won't get in.
Have you considered applying for other programs? Most of us apply to more than one, especially with how impacted they are these days.
@RunBabyRun your right!!! I will submit what I have and give it a shot at least then I won't say I didn't. See my ideal plan would be to get into TWU or UTA for the BSN...that has been my focus for the past 2 years....by the end of this year I should have all the pre reqs for those programs met. But I saw this option as a possibilty for me so I have been really thinking about it and I will take your advice and give it a try!!!!Hopefully it works out!!!
