e charting program for nurses ONLY??

I am a campus nurse who evaluates and educates students on a very small campus. We are still doing paper charting. I would like to find an online, inexpensive, cloud based, charting tool that would provide the ability to chart only a nursing focus, nursing diagnoses, when needed. Everything I have found assumes a medical provider will be present and only the APN or physician has to document what they do and see. (We only have a PA for 2 hours a week.) Nurses only get to enter vital signs Any ideas?? Thanks for your help!
