As long as both are compatible in the same line then no problem. Always check with pharmacy or use compatibility chart to see if compatible.

In our ICU we y-site them together all the time. They are compatible according to every drug book I've looked in.

We ALWAYS piggyback them together. And we use levo-regitine. So what was your charges suggestion? I would not be real excited about using any of those in a periph, maybe the lasix. Our unit has a chart that was put together by the pharmacy of what can be put together. We use it everyday. Usually our come up 6+ gtts so we have to manage them.
