:madface:I had to do the hardest thing that I have ever done in my life. I had to drop out the LPN program right before I started pharm, because it was do to finacial hardship at home. My obligation at home were more of a priority then staying in school, yet i was fitting the bill for on my own and holding down a fulltime job. I feel like a loser I finally got into a nursing program just to drop out because I was the only person at home who made enough to support the family. I have been out since August of this year and I haven't picked up a book since. I really am contemplating if I should even come back because I won't be able to come back till January of 09? I really need sum advise?

Don't give up if nursing is really what you want to do. We have had a few students have to drop due to reasons outside of school, and they are coming back now that they have resolved their issues. And who cares if you can't get back in till Jan (im assuming you meant 09). That is only a few months away!! It will be here before you know it!!
thank you,

Go back. Stuff happens, and sometimes our paths get a little crooked, but they still lead to the same place.
