I applied about a week or so ago I am waiting for them to get my transcripts. Anyone know how long from when they recieve them I will hear? and does anyone know the acceptance rate for drexel? Or tell me anything about the school?!??!?!

I applied late! My transcripts got lost in the mail three times! BUT they finally received them about 3 weeks ago and I got my acceptance letter today! I will be moving to Philly (I go to PSU right now but I am from NY) with my boyfriend next year for school-- I was wondering about when the start date it... Seems silly but I can't seem to find it haha. ALSO what are you guys doing about living situations? Apartments... orrrrr?

My application has been complete about two weeks and changed to incomplete, today. I needed to update a transcript they previously received. I also had trouble finding a start date, though I have in my mind it is in March. The school calendar shows the spring quarter starting at the beginning of April, I believe.

I Applied sometime in August, however it was difficult getting a hold of my TOEFL, i finally did and mailed my transcripts and that got lost for a week somewhere within Drexel's campus. It was received today thank God. I am waiting for a full "complete" status and then a decision letter. So may another 3 weeks give or take. Reading from other applicants , it seems that time frame is when they received some news. Fingers Crossed.. Good luck to you.

It took 5 weeks for me to get a decision, but it seems to be a little different for everyone. If you call the school they'll tell you to expect a decision in 4-6 weeks. As far as a start date, I've looked at the academic calendars and my best guess is March 30th. Is anyone else going to the information session on November 12th?

Yeah i've found a lot of issues with the transcripts... when I tried to call I couldn't even get ahold of the lady in charge of transcripts. I haven't looked way too far into my acceptance yet (as I am still looking/applying to some other schools). Usually info sessions seem pretty useless though... ahahha

I just received my acceptance a few days ago. Quick question - what has everyone done as far as financing the program? I just filled out my FAFSA and am hoping to get some money from that but otherwise I am worried I won't be able to take out enough in a private loan to cover the rest of the tuition and living expenses. I have great credit and would have a well-qualified co-signer. What has everyone's experience been so far with financing?

Hi Jennyb88.. congrats on your acceptance. When did you apply? I am waiting for a decision as well. I try not to think much about it. But when I saw your post, I became anxious all over again.
