Double uterus

I was just diagnosed with a heart shaped uterus or a double uterus I am pregnant on my left side but I have been bleeding heavily like a regular period with blood cloths could that be possible.Also my HCG and progesterone levels are low does that mean I am having a miscarriage or is it normal for that to happen.
