Does it really matter?

Hello everyone,

So, I've been debating about this for a while now. Does the day of the week you submit an application matter? For instance, would you apply to a job on the weekend or after business hours (i.e. 5pm)?

I've always thought that it was best to apply on the weekdays during business hours but I'm not sure whether it matters or not. What do you guys think?

    I do not think that it matters at all. You can apply online at any point....

    It does not matter when you submit online employment applications.

    For those holdout places that still accept paper applications, I'd apply in person during traditional managerial hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm).
